This company has carried out number of contracts for this parish and its buildings in the past two years and these have without exception been completed without delays and to time.

The company does not appear to lack resources and supervision is of a high standard. We have not experienced any problems with communications and questions and queries have always been answered promptly. Estimates have always been provided expeditiously and with accurate detail.

Their technical expertise and knowledge has been entirely satisfactory for the nature and scope of work carried out.

Work comprising all-trades has been carried out mostly between £5K and £50K but we propose to shortly include them on our tender list for a contract between £150K and £175K.

Lastly the area in which we are situated is extremely difficult from a logistic point of view and they have coped with this admirably.

Andy and his team at JHM Contractors did a fantastic job with the internal and external repair and redecoration works at a semi-detached converted town house in Central London.

All staff were knowledgeable in their respective fields, punctuation and communicated effectively to keep us up to date with the works.

JHM Contracts carried out a medium sized contract at Albert Hall Mansions (Block 4) a year ago which involved repair and redecoration to internal common parts and fire safety improvements.  The work was completed satisfactorily and we found Mr Gallagher to be responsive to client requests and requirements.  We would have no hesitation in using them again.
